WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We are happy to exchange items (except earrings, for health and safety reasons) that you have purchased in the wrong size if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items. Returned items must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Return postage will be charged at the buyer’s expense.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns if you otherwise change your mind about a purchase.

If there is a problem with the items delivered to you, please contact us so we can discuss how to remedy the problem.
WHAT ARE SHIPPING/DELIVERY DETAILS?
We ship Australia-wide and use Australia Post standard delivery for all orders. Standard delivery times are approximately 3 to 6 business days from processing/dispatch of the order (which can take up to 4 business days), but please check Australia Post's website for the latest updates on current COVID-19 related delays to delivery times.

Our shipping prices are based on Australia Post's postage and packaging charges, and vary by order weight and size. The shipping cost is calculated at the time that you check out, and we try to include as many items in as small a package as possible. As an indication, for small items like earrings or rings, shipping is approximately $5. For long necklaces and small toys, shipping is approximately $9.20. For some larger clothing items, shipping can be between $12 and $16.

If you require express shipping, or are looking to purchase a large number of bulky/larger items, please get in touch before placing an order and we can discuss options with you.
CAN I PICK UP AN ORDER?
If you live in or around Darebin in Melbourne, or are planning on visiting us at a market soon, we can arrange for you to collect your order! Please choose local pick-up as the shipping option and we will be in touch to arrange your local pick-up from Thornbury (or from a market).
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments through PayPal or bank transfer from an Australian bank account.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be confirmed once payment has been received.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?
Many of our products, such as our earrings and wooden toys, only come in one size. However other products such as dresses and rings come in a range of sizes.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR MARKET STALL?
We have been selling to our loyal customers at markets and festivals across Victoria for many years. With more markets re-opening across the state, you will find us at markets like the St Andrew's Community Market, the Island Foreshore Market, and the Healesville Community Market.
